It happened when we asked: Why create something no one has ever enjoyed?

Like you, our only experience was as a customer — and often, a disappointed one. For that reason, we conceived of a place where we ourselves would like to shop.

The result is nothing you’d expect, and everything you’d want, from an appliance and plumbing store.

That means, among other things, that PIRCH is a “Worry-Free Zone.” You’ll never fret over the fairness of a price; we have safeguards in place to protect you from ever overpaying.

It also means we’ll be there when you need us — during selection, with expert, unbiased advice; during delivery and installation, with an in-house logistics team trained and certified by our brand-partners; and during service calls throughout the life of your purchase.

And because we all like to try things before we buy things, most every display here is live; faucets turn and water flows…hearths flicker and timers beep. When you take the time to stop by our store, we think it’s only fair we make your visit one of surprise, delight, and joy.

Another thing we all like? Accountability. In that spirit, we openly concede that there are times we’ll make a mistake. But we’ll own it. And we won’t stop working until a solution is found.
