FITCH & PIRCH Glendale Wins Big at Association for Retail Environments’ Design Awards
19 March 2014 - FITCH took five awards at the Association for Retail Environments Design Awards held last night at GlobalShop, the world’s largest annual event for retail design and shopper marketing. The PIRCH and Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select projects won a Grand Prize in their categories, in addition to three special awards for PIRCH:
- Visual Presentation Award for “Lifestyle Moments”
- In-store Communications Award for “Demystified Branding”
- Store Fixtures Award for “Faucet Fixture”
While ‘digital’ is dominating the media conversation, FITCH’s winning projects underscore the power of the experience in converting sales. PIRCH’s stores are so engaging that customers typically spend more than two hours shopping, which has also resulted in sales per square foot that are just behind Tiffany’s and Apple’s.
“Every award is special, but to receive recognition for projects we feel are pushing the boundaries of retail makes this honor especially meaningful,” said Christian Davies, Executive Creative Director, Americas. “We thank our clients at Brown-Forman and PIRCH for their ongoing commitment to bold thinking, and offer congratulations, as always, to our teams at FITCH.”
